What to expect in each session

Over 6 weeks, we’ll keep the family entertained with a variety of fun fitness activities.

Warm up

Ease into each session with a warm up to stretch your muscles.

Strength training

Improve your strength and endurance with a mix of body weight exercises.

Cardio

Increase your heart rate with fun cardio circuits.

Cool down

End the session with a relaxed stretch.

What to bring

Please keep personal belongings to a minimum; as we do not have secure storage spaces, it’s best just to bring the essentials.
